Once a patient reaches 75 years of age they are entitled to a comprehensive Health Assessment, which is provided by a practice nurse. This comprehensive health assessment will give nurses insight into a patient’s physical status through observation, the measurement of vital signs and self-reported symptoms. It includes a medical history, a general survey and a complete physical examination.

This type of appointment is offered yearly, but should the need arise for assessment sooner please discuss with either a Nurse or Doctor.
